At the Grey Heron B&B you can combine Italian language lessons and  conversation, with walking in the beautiful Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks also enjoying authentic, organic Italian Meals.

Sandro is the Italian Tutor in the schools of Nelson and Motueka, he does translations too and private lessons both to keen travellers to Italy and professionals.

- TARIFFS: We offer our guests a special half-price tariff for the Italian Language lessons, that is $20 per hour pp.

- We don't want our guests to feel too committed with the lessons, being holiday-time for them, therefore you can choose to have one  or two hours lesson, in the morning or in the afternoon, according to your touring plan.

- The "advanced" students, those people already speaking Italian who want to PRACTICE the language, have the chance to book a GUIDED-WALK IN ITALIAN LANGUAGE: no charge for the lesson in this case, just the normal charge for the guided-walk ($35 pp. half-day or $85 pp. one-day walk including organic lunch). 

Most of these walks are easy and pleasant, in the beautiful environment of the Kahurangi NP where in summer is possible to see some endemic alpine flora.
